Dear students,

I hope that you enjoy the stay at the Third Faculty of Medicine and you had already adapt for the studies. I would like to inform you about some important issues.

1)Study record – you had two weeks to complete your study plan for the winter semester. In the attachement you can find the Study record, please fill it in and bring it to my office or to the post-box nr 76 on the ground floor (nearby to the library). If you arranged some special conditions (to attend only a part of the course, to attend courses with the Czech curriculum…) please mention it in the document.

2)Study report – on the first meeting you received a small blue book where you will receive credits/marks. Please fill in information about you and enclose your photograph. This report you should bring to each exam or lecture on which receiving of credits is announced. Please notice that for the final transcript a written confirmation of credits/marks from teachers is necessary! Please remind teachers that all results should be registered also in the Student Information System.

3)Immunisation form – students who did not fill in the „Immunisation form“ at the first meeting, should bring it ASAP.

4)Free days – please notice that three free days will take place in next few weeks.

28nd of October – public holidays
17th of November – public holidays

Dear ERASMUS+ students,

we would like to invite you to the ceremonial graduation of our bachelors (nursing, physiotherapy, public health) which will take place on the 23rd of October at 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00 in the beautiful „Profesni dum“ in the heart of Prague. The entry is free of charge and you do not need an invitation card. Adequate clothing is necessary.
